Strictly necessary uses
- Authentication, guest-room access, security, and session continuity.
- Language, accessibility, sound, game, and interface preferences saved on the device.
- Rejoin and private-room metadata that helps restore an active match without exposing private credentials in public pages.
- Versioned offline caches for approved public assets and fallback pages.
Optional measurement
The game application keeps optional product telemetry and Google Analytics off until the player allows analytics in Settings; withdrawing that choice disables collection and clears the pseudonymous telemetry session and Google Analytics cookies whose names begin with _ga. The public site does not need optional analytics storage to display content. Enabled public measurement also waits for the required choice and excludes personal data, room identifiers, tokens, and full private URLs. Advertising storage and personalization remain disabled.
Managing storage
Browser or operating-system controls can clear local data and permissions. Clearing necessary storage may sign you out, remove preferences, or prevent automatic match reconnection. Optional measurement choices can be changed from the control shown when that feature is enabled.
